API to Export MTTA/MTTR

We need a way to automate Mean time to Acknowledge and mean time to resolve. The goal would be to have MTTA/MTTR data available through the API, and allow us to call it and consume the data however we see fit.

Filters could be date range, team, responder, service, incident priority, urgency.

I had submitted an equivalent ticket.

@mravandi do you have any updates on the API to extract MTTR data through API.
We are trying to calculate MTTR along with three other key performance characteristics (from Accelerate book by Nicole Forsgren) to establish goals for our teams to achive ‘High Performer’ status.
